5 days (Mon-Fri), 34 hours per week
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join our hardworking team.
Greencity is a workers cooperative, a wholesale business that is managed and run by its members. We are looking for people who want to contribute to our business, as you will be starting as a probationary member, with a pathway to becoming a Full member of Greencity.

As a member of our team, you’ll deliver a high-quality service to customers and ensure orders are processed to meet the needs of our business.
Job Specification:
Day to day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- handling orders and order enquiries via email and telephone
- entering orders onto the Sales system
- dealing with customers in person for collection orders
- processing claims and credits
- build positive relationships with customers to facilitate repeat business
- identify cross-selling opportunities
- carry out a range of administrative tasks
Person Specification:
- previous experience gained in a busy sales/customer service environment
- PC literate and confident in using Microsoft Office applications
- accurate keyboard skills and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- a confident and pleasant telephone manner, and excellent communication skills
- a passion and drive for delivering excellent customer service
- a team player with a flexible, positive approach to problem solving
